When is rent due?

            Rent is due on the 1st of every month, however a grace period is given until the 5th.

How do I pay rent?

            Rent can be paid via your online Resident Domuso account utilizing a credit/debit card, or ACH.

            You also have the option to pay in person utilizing a check or certified funds.

What deposits are required?

We require a deposit at time of move-in of $99 up to 1 mo. rent, depending on your application results.

What utilities am I responsible for?

You are required to setup electricity in your name through Duke Energy by your move-in date. You will pay us a “Concierge Fee” each month for Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest-Control (1BR: $97 2BR: $107 3BR: $112).

Who is my cable/internet provider?

            You have a choice of either Spectrum, AT&T, or Verizon.

Are tenants required to have renter’s insurance?

Yes, you are required to have a Renter’s Insurance Policy in your name. You may use any company of your choice.

What are the schools in this school district?

            Sterling Elementary School

            Greenville Technical Charter High School

What is the pet policy?

We are very pet friendly and even have 3 pet parks! We allow up to two pets in one apartment home. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $450 for one and $200 for the second, plus a $15.00 Pet Rent for each. We do not allow restricted pet breeds, unless used as an assistance animal, such as but not limited to Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all mixes of the above breeds.

Do the apartments come with washer/dryers?

            Stackable washer/dryer units are provided in every apartment.

Is there Valet Trash?

Trash is picked up Sunday through Thursday evening by a Valet Trash company. We also have an on-site garbage compactor to utilize 7 days a week.

Is there recycling?

            Yes, we have on-site recycling bins located next to the garbage compactor.

Is there a designated place to dispose unwanted furniture?

We do not allow for bulk item disposals. We would recommend contacting a local thrift store or company to pick these up.

What amenities do you guys have?

            We have a 24/7 Business Center with iMac computers, free Wi-Fi, and a coffee bar, as well as a 24/7 Fitness Center, 3 Pet Parks, and a resort style swimming pool.

Are there resident events?

Yes, we love to have Resident Socials at the Clubhouse, pool parties with food trucks, and more! Follow our social media for more information.

Who do I call if there is a maintenance emergency after hours?

We have 24/7 maintenance emergency by contacting (864) 235-0494 and selecting the appropriate option.

Is there an on-site Courtesy Officer?

Yes, we have an on-site Courtesy Officer available 24/7 by contacting the office phone number, (864) 235-0494 and selecting the appropriate option. Please note this is not for emergencies. If there is an emergency, please call 911.

Is there reserved parking?

            No, parking is on a first come, first serve basis, including guest parking.
